General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all orders placed on the website www.nurprestige.com , published by NŪR Prestige.
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

Products

The products offered for sale by NŪR Prestige are described and presented with the utmost care.
The visuals and photographs are intended to accurately reflect the products, but do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Price

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
NŪR Prestige reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The validation of the order by the customer constitutes an electronic signature and a contractual commitment.

Payment

Payment is made securely online via Shopify Payments, credit card or any other method offered on the site.
The order is considered definitively validated after confirmation of payment.

Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
A shipping confirmation, along with a tracking number, is sent by email.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
NŪR Prestige cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to NŪR Prestige .

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Only unopened, unused products in perfect condition will be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be given for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

Responsibility

NŪR Prestige cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.
The customer remains solely responsible for the use he/she makes of the products ordered.

Personal data

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data at any time.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
In the absence of an agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France.
